Heritage Resources serves Connecticut and the surrounding states and works with developers, government agencies, organizations, community groups and homeowners who want to protect historic buildings and neighborhoods. We listen closely to our clients and provide services specially designed for each project. We are deeply committed to the preservation, documentation and, when appropriate, the adaptive reuse of historic buildings. Each Heritage Resources professional meets the National Park Service Qualification Standards for their discipline.
Tod Bryant
Tod Bryant is a principal at Heritage Resources. He holds a Master of Arts in Historic Preservation from Goucher College, where his thesis involved an analysis of the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation as they apply to Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits. Tod is an award-winning professional photographer and a Teaching Professor at the New School University in New York City. He is also a cofounder and current president of the Norwalk Preservation Trust. He serves as a Director of the Norwalk Historical Society and Connecticut Preservation Action.
